A. No
Q. Who are eligible for admission in the hostel?
A. Only those students who are pursuing Chartered Accountancy Course & doing article ship in Mumbai are eligible for admission.
Q. Whether students who are appearing for CPT exam or passed CPT Exam are eligible for admission?
A. No
Q. Whether Students who are appearing for IPCC exam & are not registered as Article Clerk are eligible for admission?
A. No
Q. What are the criteria for admission in the hostel?
A. a) Student should have attained the age of 18 years or above but below the age of 25 years.

b) Student should have been registered / applied for registration as an Articled Student.

c) Article-ship of the student should be in the Mumbai region.

Q. When admission is given in the hostel?
A.

Admission is given to the students every six month. Therefore, there are 2 terms in the hostel. They are as follows:

Q. Whether above fee includes mess charges?
A. No.
Q. What sort of mess facilities available in the hostel & what are the charges for these facilities?
A.

All payments related to the mess facilities shall be made to mess contactor directly. Menu for food is suggested by the students mess committee. We provide following mess facilities:

a. Breakfast on daily cash basis.
b. Lunch on monthly cash basis.
c. Evening Snack on daily cash basis.
d. Dinner on monthly cash basis.
e. Juice & fruits are also available on daily cash basis.

Q. Whether I can stay in the hostel after completion of article-ship?
A.

No.

Q. Whether student has to appear personally for interview?
A. Yes
Q. What procedure is to be followed after new admission in the hostel?
A.

Selected Students shall appear before the House Chancellor between 10.30 am to 2.00 pm on the date mentioned in the admission notice. Thereafter, the student has to collect their Pay-in-slip from office and deposit the fees directly into the Bank account of “Rajasthan Vidyarthi Griha” only by way of Cash or a pay order. The Pay-In Slip for above payment of fees should be submitted in the office. If the above payment of fees is made by pay order, a photo copy of pay order should be attached with the Pay-in-Slip.

Q. Whether student’s local guardian have to accompany him after admission in the hostel & when?
A.

Student’s local guardian has to accompany him to sign the undertaking in the office between 10.30 am to 2.00 pm. (except Sunday) during the period mentioned in the admission notice.

Q. What if the prescribe fees is not paid on time mentioned in admission notice?
A. If prescribed fee is not paid by the due date, admission of such student is liable to be cancelled.
